We’re delighted to let you know that Brian Tenner has agreed to be the new Chair of the Club, and has been unanimously voted by the Club’s Executive Committee to take the role.

Commenting on Brian’s new role, Club President Alison Cheshire said, “I am delighted to announce the appointment of Brian Tenner, who will succeed Howard Green as Club Chair. On behalf of the whole Club, I wish to offer Brian our full support in his new role and to thank Howard for his own huge contribution during his long & successful tenure.”

Many of you will know Brian from his long involvement in many Club activities. As well as captaining the Men’s 5th team in recent years, Brian is frequently seen umpiring on Saturdays, is a qualified coach who has run our Sunday Junior Training for some time, and over the years has been a mainstay of Beavers & Badgers and manager to many of the squads we have entered into EH junior championship competitions.
